All VisualBloom orders are packed with due care and attention, using packaging chosen to suit the size, type and combination of items in each order.

Flat items may be sent in 'Do Not Bend' envelopes, while mixed or larger orders may be packed in appropriately sized boxes. We use a range of packing materials and select the most suitable option for each order to help keep the items secure and protect them as well as possible during transit.

We recommend checking your order when it arrives and contacting us promptly if anything appears to have been damaged in transit.
